University Counselling

One of the key strengths of the High School programme is the dedicated team of four full-time University Counsellors. Committed to supporting students, our counsellors provide individual guidance through tertiary options and the university application process.
Our University Counsellors provide comprehensive support to students at various stages of their academic journey. In Grade 8, the team collaborates with the Head of Grade to help students make informed IGCSE subject choices, linking them to future studies in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. In Grade 10, University Counsellors provide student-centred guidance on IB subject selection, helping each learner choose courses that align with their strengths and interests while building a strong foundation for tertiary education.
In Grades 11 and 12, the university counselling programme increases in personalisation. Through one-on-one meetings, group information sessions and university visits, students explore their interests and receive valuable information about global tertiary education opportunities. The team welcomes over 250 university visitors annually. These visits are integral in connecting our students directly with admissions teams, allowing them to explore programmes, understand entry requirements and get a feel for life as a university student. Parents and guardians are engaged throughout the process, creating a supportive and well-informed environment.
We encourage you to explore our High School Profile to learn more about our programme and discover the universities our students have gone on to attend around the world.
