Our Admissions Office will inform parents of the outcome of the Admissions process as soon as a decision is made. If the applicant is offered a place, parents will be asked to confirm acceptance of the offer within the designated time (usually 2 weeks).
For applicants who have been assessed during the admissions process to require additional language support via the EAL & English Language Acquisition Programme, this will be a condition of the offer.
Acceptance of a place is only confirmed upon payment of the Enrolment Fee and Security Deposit. The Enrolment Fee is non-refundable. Please refer to the SJI International Terms & Conditions Governing Enrolment for the Security Deposit refund policy.
Payment of the Term 1 Tuition Fees must be received 12 weeks before the start of the Academic Year. Once paid, school fees are non-refundable.
When a student is transferring from one international school to another, and we receive notification from the current school of outstanding financial obligations, we will delay the student’s admission until a satisfactory arrangement to settle the account has been made.
