Welcome Message from Yan Jun Wong, President (Class of 2021)
Dear SJI International Alumni,
It is with immense gratitude and excitement that I greet you as the new President of the SJI International Alumni Association. I'm Yan Jun, a proud graduate from the Class of 2021, currently pursuing Law at the National University of Singapore.
My three years at SJI International, though brief, were profoundly formative. They shaped my education, character, and passions - from discovering a love for rugby to growing as a musician and, most importantly, as a student and member of society. I cherish memories of the ACSIS Rugby season, performing in the Bach in Black series, and countless moments shared with peers and teachers.
The motto, "Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve," has deeply resonated with me since graduation. It's why I've chosen to volunteer with the Alumni Association—to give back to the community that has given me so much. I envision our Alumni Association as a global family, and my hope is to strengthen our collective Lasallian spirit, uniting alumni communities worldwide in this post-pandemic era.
I'm eager to work with the Alumni Association Exco Committee to organise engaging events and activities for all of you.
