Spanish Language

Spanish is another language option for students in Grades 5 and 6. It is a two-year course. New students entering Grade 6 may join the Spanish programme.

Our Spanish language and culture lesson takes place daily and is designed for beginners.

Upon leaving the Elementary School, the Spanish programme aims to develop the communicative ability to use the target language successfully in various situations and contexts. Also, to foster an understanding and appreciation of the culture. As the Spanish programme continues into High School, students have the pathway to continue their studies to IB Spanish in Grades 11 and 12. It is important for parents to note that the Spanish Language course is not available for students who are PR or Singapore Citizens.
