We are excited to announce the appointment of Andrew Chew as our new Director of Communications, Marketing and Advancement. Andrew brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, communications, and marketing in education, making him an excellent addition to our team as we continue to strengthen our impact and share our unique story with the world. With over a decade of senior and executive leadership experience, Andrew joins us from James Cook University where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of its Singapore Campus.

In this role, he was instrumental in driving their commercial strategy, marketing and external relations, contributing significantly to its growth and success. Among his achievements, Andrew led the University’s entry into Continuing Professional Development via the acquisition of Eagle Infotech, and its subsequent rebrand and transformation to James Cook Institute. He has significantly enhanced James Cook University’s profile in Singapore and the region.

At SJI International, Andrew will lead our communications, marketing, and advancement strategies. His primary focus will be on strengthening our community’s engagement, enhancing the school’s visibility, and driving philanthropic initiatives for the school’s development and to support the Scholarships and Bursaries Fund.
