The Elementary School operates from 8 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday
The High School operates from:
- 8:25 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday
- 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM on Friday

- Nearest MRT Station: Caldecott (CC17), 6 mins walk from Exit 1
- Bus service 235 from Toa Payoh Bus Terminal - 5 mins walk from the bus stop (B51039)
Toa Payoh West Entrance

- All visitors and deliveries must use this entrance to access the school.
- Taxis and private hire vehicles can drop off/pick up at the security office.
- Visitors can park at SJI International Visitors' Car Park, next to 5 Toa Payoh West.
