Chris Woo

Chairman

Chris is an alumnus of St Michael's School, St Joseph's Institution, King's College School (UK) and Victoria University of Wellington (NZ), and is a Singapore Chartered Tax Professional.

Chris served as Head of Tax at PwC Singapore and Myanmar from 2014 to 2024, and previously held the role of Tax Director at General Electric for six years. He has served on the boards of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and the Singapore Tax Academy, and was also Treasurer of the Yellow Ribbon Fund. 

Since 2023, Chris has served as PwC’s Asia Pacific Tax Leader, bringing over 35 years of experience in international taxation and deal advisory.

Gabriel Lim

Mr Gabriel Lim is the CEO of Seviora Holdings with effect from 1 September 2025.

Prior to joining Seviora, Mr Lim served as Joint Head of Corporate Strategy in Temasek. Before that, he spent 26 years in the Singapore Civil Service, retiring as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Mr Lim also served as Permanent Secretary of the former-Ministry of Communications and Information, CEO of the Infocomm Media Development Authority and Principal Private Secretary to former Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

Mr Lim graduated from Stanford University’s Sloan Management Programme with an M.Sc in Management under the Lee Kuan Yew scholarship. Mr Lim also holds an M.Sc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Mr Lim serves on the Board of CapitaLand Investment Limited, St. Joseph’s Institution International, St. Joseph’s Institution International Elementary School, and St. Joseph’s Institution International Preschool.

Mr Lim is married to Sharon, a lawyer, and has four beautiful children.

Mark Wong

Mark Wong is Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Dymon Asia Capital, an Asia focused alternative investment management firm headquartered in Singapore. 

Mark also Chairs the Board of Ray Of Hope Initiative, a crowdfunding charity set up in 2012 to help those in Singapore who fall through the cracks and need short term assistance to get back on their feet.  He also serves on the Board of The Majurity Trust, an IPC that seeks to work with donors and charities to build a thriving community in Singapore.

Mark graduated with a BA (Hons) Accountancy and Law from Exeter University (UK).  He is an alumnus of SJI Independent (class of 1988) and St Michael’s School (class of 1984).

Kenneth Benjamin Li

Kenneth is a graduate of Colgate University and has a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Economics and Asian Studies. He is currently Managing Director of Carlton City Hotel Singapore and Assistant Honorary Treasurer at the Singapore Hotel Association.

In addition to serving on the board of governors of St Joseph’s Institution International, Kenneth is also involved in the governance of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as a Court Member, The Ningbo University as a Board Member, The University of Nottingham Ningbo China as an Advisory Board Committee Member, and as Board Members of The Ning Po College and The Ning Po No. 2 College (secondary schools in Hong Kong).

Lau Kok Keng

Kok Keng attended St Michael’s School from 1971 to 1976, followed by SJI (Bras Basah) from 1977 to 1980 and Catholic Junior College from 1981 to 1982. He served National Service with the 1st Commando Battalion, and graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree from NUS in 1989. Whilst in Law School, he was Editor of the Singapore Law Review and represented NUS at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot competition.

Kok Keng is a Partner with Rajah & Tann, and heads up the firm’s intellectual property, sports and gaming law practices. He is an appointed member of the Singapore Copyright Tribunal, a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport and the SEA Games Arbitral Tribunal, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a member of the International Masters in Gaming Law.

Oi Yee Choo

Oi Yee holds a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Climate Impact X Pte. Ltd.

Oi Yee has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance advisory experience. Before her current role, she was the CEO of ADDX Pte Ltd. She is also a board member of National Kidney Foundation and Methodist Girls' School.

Peter Tan

Peter Tan Guan Leong is an alumnus of St Joseph’s Institution, Curtin University (W Aust) and INSEAD.

He is a Town Planner by profession and a veteran in Development Control regulatory work. His other expertise includes strategic land use planning, process re-engineering, customer service management, public car parks management and stakeholders’ engagements.

A member of the Singapore Civil Service for over 45 years, he has served in various capacities in the Ministry of National Development (MND) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). His other appointments include Vice Chairman, Hotels Licensing Board; Member, Preservation of Monuments Board; Controller of Housing; Chief Information Officer (URA) and Board member of the Catholic Preschool Education (Singapore) Ltd.

For his significant public service contributions, he was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) Medal.

He has retired from public service and his last appointment was Senior Director (Collaboration) URA.

Lee Chee Koon

Chee Koon is the Group CEO of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a global real asset manager with S$117 billion in funds under management across 45 countries. He has held this position since CLI’s listing in 2021, after leading the restructuring of CapitaLand Group (CapitaLand), one of the largest diversified real estate companies in Asia.

Prior to CLI, Chee Koon was the President and Group CEO of CapitaLand from 2018. During his tenure as Group CEO of CapitaLand, Chee Koon led the strategic merger between the company and Ascendas-Singbridge in 2019. This merger bolstered CapitaLand's presence in the business parks, industrial and logistics sectors, as well as its fund management and lodging management platforms.

Chee Koon joined CapitaLand in 2007 and held several appointments within the Group, including CEO of The Ascott Limited and Group Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand.

Chee Koon was honoured as ‘Industry Figure of the Year – Asia Pacific’ at the PERE Global Awards 2024. He was also named ‘Outstanding Chief Executive of the Year’ at the Singapore Business Awards 2022.

Chee Koon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Master of Science in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom.

Vincent Low

Vincent holds a Master's (M. Phil) degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts (honours) degree in Economics and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada (1993). He attended Catholic Junior College (1985-1986) and served as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces prior to pursuing his university studies.  

He currently serves as a board director for private companies in various industry sectors and does corporate advisory on an ad hoc basis for private equity. He sat on the board of the Canadian International School in Singapore from (2017- 2020) and has been a member of SJI International's Finance Committee since 2021. 

Between 2011 and 2023, he was in private equity, working with C-suite management and boards on investment portfolios, focusing on strategy, growth, transformation, and divestitures. He started his career as a research economist at the Ministry of Trade & Industry and, thereafter, joined General Electric in 1997, with global leadership placements in the US, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia. His primary focus now is his family.

Brother Dennis Magbanua

Brother Dennis Magbanua is a De La Salle Brother with a doctorate in educational management. He is a technology advocate and an Apple Distinguished Educator. He served in many Lasallian schools in the Philippines before being assigned to Hong Kong in 2019, where he now oversees the Hong Kong Lasallian Family as the Head of the School Sponsoring Body that takes charge of eight Lasallian schools. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Educational Leadership and Management at De La Salle University and mentors students writing dissertations. On the side, he enjoys playing frisbee, badminton, running, mountain biking, trekking, and nature photography.

Biography about Brother Dennis Magbanua
Rafael Reloza

Rafael Reloza currently serves as the Senior Vice President of De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, a position he has held since 2023, following his tenure as Executive Vice President from 2018 to 2023. In addition to his role at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, Rafael serves as the Lead Coordinator for Basic Education for the West Luzon Cluster Schools under De La Salle Philippines, a responsibility he has held since 2018. He also holds a distinguished position as a Board Member of the Lasallian Schools Supervision Services Association, Inc. (LASSSAI), appointed in 2022. 

Prior to these leadership roles, Rafael served as the Principal of De La Salle University's Integrated School from 2009 to 2016. 

Rafael earned his Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University in the Philippines, reflecting his deep commitment to educational excellence and leadership in developmental psychology.

Brother Jorge Gallardo de Alba

Brother Jorge Gallardo de Alba is an educator and religious leader with a rich background in art history and theology. Born in Mexico, he holds a Master of Arts in Art History from The Open University in London, along with diplomas in Christian Art History, Basic Theology, Faith Education, and Human Development from various prestigious institutions.

Brother Jorge’s career spans over four decades, beginning as a teacher in Mexico, where he nurtured young minds in arts and humanities. His journey took him to Japan, where he taught in Lasallian institutions in Hakodate, Kagoshima, and Sendai, immersing himself in the culture and even engaging in extracurricular activities like the Tea Ceremony and Sumi-e painting.

Brother Jorge served as General Councilor in Rome, focusing on programs of solidarity and development, and later as Vicar General, playing a pivotal role in the global congregation’s educational outreach. He has been appointed as an auxiliary visitor for the Lasallian East Asia District (LEAD). With his base in Singapore, he oversees the educational mission across the seven sectors of LEAD, ensuring the District’s alignment with the broader Lasallian network.

Brother Jorge’s life experiences reflect his dedication to lifelong learning and cultural exchange. He was a member of the Executive Council of the Pacific-Asia Region Conference, trained in iconography in Italy, and completed the “Camino de Santiago” pilgrimage. His skills in analytical and creative thinking, coupled with his proficiency in multiple languages, make him a versatile and compassionate leader.

Today, Brother Jorge continues to inspire and promote a sense of purpose within the international Lasallian community, using his problem-solving abilities and spirit of service to advance educational and religious initiatives in LEAD. His journey is a testament to the power of education, faith, and intercultural dialogue in shaping a more understanding and connected global society.

Roy Quek Hong Sheng

Emeritus Adviser

Roy Quek is an alumnus of St Anthony's Boys' School, St Joseph's Institution, Hwa Chong Junior College, the London School of Economics & Political Science and Peking University.

From 1994 to 2015, he was a member of the Singapore Civil Service. He served with the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Community, Youth & Sports, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and the Prime Minister's Office. After 21 years of public service, Roy now devotes his time to philanthropic endeavours and private investments.
